Hey. I've had about two months red dots on my penis and I'm asking what do you guys think about this? First there was just one crack, but now there is several. They don't seem to heal. Could it be herpes or syphilis?
Cracks appear clearly red after sex and masturbation. They don't at all hurt normally, and after sex only a little bit.
Could this be from teeth when doing oral sex?
hi jake, I have analyzed cases similar to yours in the past. they should be dots that arise from micro lesions. use a mild intimate cleanser with a neutral PH like this “SAUGELLA”. if you do not find this soap in particular, you can get advice from your trusted pharmacist for another similar one.
