Could This Bump Be Herpes?

I had 3 months ago I haven’t had it since I developed a tiny bump I squeezed it pus came out went to clinic even showed a pic the nurse said don’t worry it was mostly an ingrown hair ok fine but now I have swelling on one side of my anus and a tiny bump just appeared it’s not sore just irritating! Could it be? Plus ive been stressed like crazy over this!!!

it dont seem to be.... herpese bumps or sores are usually accompanied with redishness... 

herpese also has itching and sores/ bumps are normally painful...

also if it is first outbreak, it must be a bit harsh one... first outbreaks are not so mild as it appears to be in your case..
