Noticed a couple painless lumps in my labia majora. They dont itch either. No abnormal discharge. They feel like solid balls to touch.

Had a similar condition, 2 small lumps in outer labia area. Went to my dermatologists and he excised them with local anesthesia. As customary he send them to lab and they came back negative. It was explained to me that dermatologist will care for any skin condition as long as it is not inside labia.
