Both partners with HSV2. One asymptomatic, the other on the tail end of first outbreak. Once outbreak completely cleared, Is it possible for either to get HSV2 orally through oral sex, if both already have HSV2 genital?
No, because of cross immunity.
Having said that it might take a while to build up immunity so the partner with the first outbreak might be slightly at risk for the first few weeks.
it is, for one, close to impossible to get to get oral herpes from giving oral to someone with genital hsv. for two, oral hsv 2 is also very very rare. honestly yall are both safe and shouldnt worry about it
