hi all! im having a sinus headache and dry throat(not sore just dry) ! is those symptoms of allergies or covid ?? very scared with every change in my body! anxiety is so bad this days ! also i feel very weak tired all the time, blood presure is little low 105/60 ! no fever no cought no shortnnes of breathe
i think you have answered your own question by coming on here and asking the question and not calling 111 or going on the NHS website.

self these questions !
Do you have a fever ?
Do you have a cough ?
Do you have shortness of breath ?
if the answer is no, no and no like you have already answered then the balance of probability is also No.
Why do you think its allergies and why are you checking your own blood pressure is what you should be worried about !
Have had allergies before ? Do you normally check your blood pressure ? if so why ? have you been told to ? are you anxious about your heart (it sounds like you are) ?
seek some advice for anxiety GAD read some books on CBT, join some support groups and most importantly excercise everyday (even if it scares you)
leave your blood pressure to doctors why sit at home and scare your self with an inaccurate reading !
If your doctor thinks you have fatigue or low BP they can help you with that.

it is evident you have GAD from the first post. I can strongly relate to how you feel, i have a blood pressure monitor i also used to feel tired all the time, heavy chest, adrenaline rushes, feeling like i cant breathe, muscle fatigue.
But what do you expect when you are mentally torturing yourself all day. I used to do it my friend and it was exhausting.
Learn to ignore things you cannot control ! You will inacurratly take your BP and worry (for what reason) you cant do nothing about it ? it is what it is!
Trust me i have Had HAD under control
for 2 years, get help CBT, excercise, mindfulness, yoga and do not
under estimate them !
The things i have mentioned will help you beat it ! google and a blood pressure machine will certainly make it worse
