Crack's on foreskin or head of penis

Hi All,

last two weeks i am noticed that my penis head showing cracks but when its erect crack’s remove i am not facing any pain urine issue just some times vibration feel on head of penis i have done masturbation using soap nothing done sex with partner only masterbation please suggest me why this happens?? is this alarming or not first tym happens with me.

i am not focusing on white spot because it is on head due to pent zip or last month i did masturbation using hand liquid soap i think this is main reason

yes there is nothing wrong with the penis !!! do not masturbate with soap, there will be urethritis
