i have just turned 18, and have never had sex. my penis for as long as i can remember had had cracks on its head that dont hurst so much flacid but when erect expand and become painful and feel raw and highly sensitive. im not sure what to do or what the problem may be. any advice would be greatly appreciated
Is it just on the head of your penis, or also the shaft? Can you get clearer photos?

I’m sorry that you are going through this but the head of the penis is made up of skin put together. What I read on research is that 10% of men are born like that. It is the way you were formed. You should have no problem with sex.
You may want to try putting some coconut oil on it. It may make it smoother. The head is going to be sensitive. You have a lot of nerves in the head
