Long story short i had unprotected sex 2 months ago (extended session) and noticed cracking in skin similair to photos below. also two slightly raised bumps on penis glands very very small (went away in 5 days, just shrunk down). i went to 3 doctors and only the urologist mentioned herpes but said it would be unlike any episode she had seen so unlikely. she gave me an antifungal cream that helped. doctors chalked up to be friction burn/irritation/contact dermatitis
i again had unprotected sex recently (extended session) and woke up the next day with whats photographed. basically same as first time. has anyone seen this before? ive rested it and used the same cream for 3 days and its getting better, but its just strange. Also note i have vitiligo and psoriasis so i have sensitive skin to begin with. thoughts?
