Cracks on the Penis

Hello, since i was around 13 i have had these cracks on tip of my penis. it started off red and extremely painful with this horrible smell. The pain for the most part has gone, sometimes if i run my finger across the cracks it stings a little and the smell comes and goes. I have good penis hygiene i wash it every day it the shower with no soaps or anything, just warm water. after a long day the penis glans gets really greasy and i think thats why it starts to smell but im not sure why it gets so wet/greasy. the cracks are still here and thats the worse part because they look so ugly and make me super depressed just looking at it. ive never had sex or anything sexual because im so scared to show it to a girl because they’ll freak out if they saw it. im 19 now and ive gone to the Doctors about it and they say its fine but its not as you’ll see in the photo below. Im not circumcised either. id do anything to fix it, id have an operation on it if i could. please can someone help!

I can see from what you say that you are really unhappy with the way your penis has developed and that you would desperately like to change how it looks.
When you went to see a doctor what you need to recognise is that these health professionals see lots of genitals everyday, within a short time of the doctor first training then practicing as a doctor they have a really good idea of what penises look like, what is normal and what is not. So when they say there is nothing unusual about your penis they are basing what they say on a great deal of practical knowledge.
That does not mean we cannot work on the things you have said and make you happier about how you feel about your penis.
In practical terms overcoming how the penis smells is a difficult practical issue for many men, what you need to achieve is clearing away any fluids that are emitted from the penis as soon after they appear as possible.
This is easiest after each time you urinate, you must either wash when you can or at least wipe around the tip of your penis with a clean paper tissue or toilet tissue. Before you start to urinate draw your foreskin away from the head of your penis down the shaft towards your body so that no urine contacts it.
In terms of the general appearance getting the skin on the head of your penis as healthy as possible will likely take a great deal of time to achieve, and the principles you put in place need to become a life-long practice. Here is part of one of my guides to detail the kinds of things I am talking about:
.
The best approach is not to use ANY SOAP on the Glans / Head of your penis - wash with water only EVERY time you have urinated, after sexual arousal, and ejaculation. If you are not circumcised, protect the Glans of your penis every time you take a shower by drawing the foreskin as far forward as you can, then wash everywhere else, thoroughly rinse off all the gels / shampoo and suchlike, then expose your glans wash it with the water only using the inside of your hand, then each time you have washed it you must make sure to 100% pat dry immediately afterwards with a clean towel.
.
In addition to this you can get yourself some good quality Liquid Coconut Oil, 99% pure is a really good one, apply a very light coating of this to the head and foreskin of your penis after each time you have taken a shower and fully dried yourself.
As I say, brining change will take time, and is very much based on things that you put in place and carry out everyday for the entirety of your adult life. Read through what I say and if you want to work more on this let me know and I can give you further detail and encouragement
