I really need some advice and just someone’s opinion. Ever since I was quite young maybe around 10 I always got these kinda little cuts above my clitoris, where my outer lips meet.
I have been getting this for quite some time now and it is painful, itchy and quite red and it sometimes bleeds 
I’m getting really scared as it could be herpes or something? I have been std checked and I’m free, I have oral hsv1, my boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and he has got checked and has never had a sign of herpes genital.
I get these little cracks quite a lot, they are only tiny and are only on like the first layer of my skin, but it is very red, as I’ve said I get these quite a lot so I really do not know what it could be?
I do wear quite tight clothing a lot and I do wear lace pants a lot, I also itch it a lot which probably doesn’t help but I can’t help it. I don’t know if it is because the area that it is in is quite close together and it could rub quite a lot. I have a doctors appointment soon, so I am hoping I can get an answer, I don’t know why I haven’t gone sooner, I guess I’m just so use to having it all the time.
I’ve never had any sign of herpes ever, I’ve just been getting this from quite an early age, it does sometimes appear on other places such as the skin between my vagina and anus and also the top of my butt crack, sometimes, but them places seem to be very close together.
