Since yesterday ive had cramping in the area where I get period cramps usually before my period I do have cramps but they go away. Im not pregnant either 100% sure. I noticed it kind of reliefs a bit when I fart or do #2 but they feel like period cramps idk is it trapped air ? I have health anxiety ive been relaxed for a couple days now so idk if its my anxiety.
Hiya, Have just read your post. It's very easy for us to worry about symptoms we get which we don't usually get. Have you been to see a Dr about your cramps? That might be a helpful thing to do to see if they can find a cause. I'm no doctor but to me if it's the same or similar to period cramps it could be mid cycle pain. Pain which you get in between your periods. I've researched it a bit, but always best to see a Dr, don't take my word for it. That was just my first thought when I read this. Hope u can get some help and reassurance soon.

Don't worry about minor cramps in the abdomen. Everyone gets them from time to time. You probably ate something which caused them!

Yeh I'd go to the Dr's for reassurance. When you get the cramps, try painkillers to see if that helps too. Take care
it might be a stitch caused by not drinking enough water
It might be ovulation pain. Loads of women get this and it isn't of any significance. You could ask your doctor but I'd be surprised if s/he diagnoses anything.
