Little spotting also. Kind of worried because of what happened. I had emergency ablation and in Meds to control bleeding.
Did they give you and guideline when they discharged you for what to look for? Mine had a guideline about if I soaked a pad in less than 2 hours or passed a clot larger than a walnut to call. If it's just light spotting it's probably ok and normal. Many ladies spot for weeks. If worried it's always a good idea to call the surgeons office and speak to a nurse. Also make sure you aren't doing too much.
Hi steph,
I know its not the same but after i had my hysterectomy last matc i was feeling well untill 9 days after and then i got really poorly. Anyway for days i was convinced i had flu until on the 14th yes 14th day he made me go to the doctors. I ended being rushed back in where they discovered i had a haematoma and it was close to sepsis.
I spent a further 5 days in hospital.
Anyway my reason for blabbing on is please dont leave anything to chance. If something doesn't feel right then go straight to your doctor.
Let us know how you are.
Brie x
That was supposed to day last march and my partner made me go doctors. Sorry for the rushed message x
What meds are you on steph? I think any meds to do with blood need controlling so I would not be frightened of bothering your doctor at all and I am sure they would agree it's better a check than not and then things don't go right. Get checked out. I am on warfarin and have been since 2002 so when I go in for my op they have said I will be in at least 4 days and that's so bleeding, clotting and meds are controlled xxx stay safe 😀
She gave me Provera to take for 10 days 😱 I know
