Crazy anxiety disorder

i had really bad anxiety then one day my brain just snapped.. a tingling sensation in my head started, its now on both sides. it came with intrusive thoughts that are disturbing. the crazy part is my brain isnt using rational logic anymore to combat the intrusive thoughts. the thoughts and actions are starting to feel normal. its like my brain isnt telling me not to do the things i think.. anyone else have this

Hi, my dad has been fighting with this for 19 years now, he has finally decided to take ADs in a few days and thank God we found a really nice therapist, he also has agoraphobia and panic disorder. I read him your post and he asked me to tell you that in 19 years he has never acted on these thoughts, not even one, he is probably the sweetest and nicest person ( the thoughts usually hit these kind of people), he said that you have no reason to worry. Nobody has ever acted on an intrusive thought. Regarding the fact that your brain does not respond the same as when you first got them, trust me, this, too, is normal. Your brain is just tired from fighting them, but trust me, you would never act upon them, no matter the fact they don’t scare you like before. It is sad but you might have gotten used to them. Finding a good therapist and AD s can help you be free of the thoughts and anxiety. My dad’s main problem is agoraphobia and panic disorder, now he has gotten depression because of them the thoughts are back, too. But he hasn’t had them in years, just agoraphobia. Trust us they will pass, and you will be a happy person. They do not reflect who you are at all. Best wishes and take care. PS: This condition is highly treatable with right method! Good luck!
