This sounds crazy my husband was talking to me and all of sudden he looked strange to me!!! I'm panicking now...it's like my brain doesn't recognise him!!! Sounds crazy!!! And I look down at my body ando it don't feel like mine which sends me into more panic! !! What is wrong with my brain!!!! Please help!! It's very disturbing!!! 😡
If it hasn't cleared up by now, go to the ER.
Some times these vacant feelings do happen. Try closing your eyes for a time and see if it clears. I used to get the sensation where I felt I was not there and I would swallow and close my eyes it did seem to work.
If the problem persists call NHS Helpline on tel 111 and explain these sensations

I had something similar like that happen to me only it was when I was driving and a familiar area looked weird to me. I kind of recognized it but it was like I was in a dream state. I saw a neurologist who did a complete exam on me including MRI, bloodwork, neurological testing and it was all normal. He told me it was my intense stress and anxiety causing it. So this happened to me over 20 years ago and I am fine now. It's called a temporary mild cognitive impairment.
