From 218 to 260 in just 3 weeks time
Can anybody give me advice.
Doctor asked me to stop enalapil now.
Very worried
You have to stop eating meat and enalapril and try to do little excercise and drink only water no alcohol..

Has your doctor diagnosed your condition? Very difficult to offer advice without sufficient information.
I have SLE (lupus) since I was 12 years old.
Now I am 34. At first my creatinine was ok.
But later it became abnormal. Have been around 130-190 since 2007 to 2015.
However due to a stupid mistake, I actually trying to slim down so I am on diet and went to Chinese cupping session. Then I was suddenly fell into acute renal failure. Admitted in hospital and recover well with creatinine 155. Once dischArge, creatinine around 200-230. In March creatinine was high again and admitted again in March, then found out has Urti. Discharge after 2 weeks hospital stay. Creatinine was about 200 after discharge. Doctor then asked me stop enalapil. As he mention this will hurt my kidney. But at the same time my urine protein was increasing and my blood pressure was high. Went to see my SLE doctor and then she suggested me taking back my enalapil ( as I have been taking since 2008) for so many years.
End of the may take blood after enalapil taking 2 weeks, creatinine is 216.
But then mid of June take blood, creatinine is 260, so doctor called and asked me stop enalapil.
I have really no idea how come my creatinine up and down like roller coaster.
In hospital, everything seem ok. Once discharge then problem come. I am so panic now.

I didn drink any alcohol at all.
Doctor still asked me eat meat if not my HB will Low.
Hi currently I feel nausea after I drink water.
I still having proper meal, but didn vomit. Just feel full and nausea. Is it mean I have to start dialysis soon with creatinine 260?
