Every night I have a crushing feeling on my chest And heartburn it's so uncomfortable does anyone else get this with anxiety

I also suffered with terrible chest pains and heavy feeling in my chest in the beginning, sp much worse at night time. it was awful and couldn't take anymore of every twitch worrying that it was the worse thing possible, I bit the bullet and seen my gp she put me on Cit 20mg. The beginning was awful felt someone had opened my head and was swishing it round. Tingles, felt numb down one arm. Couldn't eat and heightened anxiety, felt foggy head. Felt so bad and panicked over everything. Over the weeks I've been on the meds slowly things are going back to normal. Feeling brighter then before. Had a fab couple of weeks but the last few days have felt that feeling in the chest come back. For me I know this down to being anxious about the meds and wanting to come off and already worrying about weaning off them and I've not seen the gp yet to discuss, silly really should think I should concentrate more about getting better then worrying about the side effects of coming off when it's not an option, sorry I'm rambling but sometimes a problem shared is a problem halved. Hope u find resolution soon. It will come, it does come.
