Had this problem for a few months. Don't know what caused it, certainly not sex. I got a sticky crusty spot on the middle of my glans. Its sticky, and also at the base of the corona, under the foreskin, usually sticky.
I wash daily, I tried to wash using water and no soap, didn't change a thing. Any hint on what this could be? Thanks
So, the only substances you would expect to be produced in the area are from the glands that are a natural part of the glans and this is what creates smegma - other than this the only other things, obviously present are pre-ejaculate, semen and urine of course.
You could try washing at least 3 times during an entire day - make sure you fully dry each time - and see what reaction you get …
A photo taken in the same distance and angle, but in strong daylight or sunshine would be most helpful for further comment …
just looks like buildup of smegma. Try oiling for some time and then cleaning properly.
