Hi. How have people had their results? Via letter or via GP? (I mean through NHS)

I went back to see my consultant at the hospital to discuss my results .
I had polyps and he advised me to have another sigmoidoscopy to have them removed . Once again I didn't tolerate the procedure and I've refused any more intervention my choice but I won't have any invasive procedure without general anaesthetic which they refused to give
After two calls to my GI doc I finally received the results by phone from the GI doc's nurse. She said everything was fine. It took two weeks! The GI doc reads his own virtual colonoscopies. I still do not feel comfortable with the results since the doctor could not complete the colonoscopy due to blockage.
