I only just noticed these "bumps" two weeks ago. They haven't grown or spread, and are similar to the surrounding skin, but protrude more than the rest (the rest are flush) and I can feel them. They're clustered, which I thought VP didn't do, but they also don't turn white when I put vinegar on them. No itching/burning or other symptoms.
