ive had one sexual partner in the last near 4 years.
couple days after our last romp I started getting swelling and discomfort...so I looked and I am very swollen. it almost looks prolapse like...I had this sort of thing once before and I was told I had trich...the first and only time I had ever gotten an STD and was the unfortunate result of an assault.
I am hoping it's not that again, because that comes with an entire bag of crap.
could it be yeast infection, prolapse?

Hi, these pictures do not appear to show anything out of the ordinary. Sometimes after a good romp I swell and my opening can be sore for a couple days, sometimes a week. Maybe take a picture when you feel less swelling and discomfort and another one when it’s more inflamed or different in colour for comparison. The second picture looked fairly healthy and it does not look like yeas infection discharge, just normal vaginal juices and unwashed build up around the labia and clitoris which is normal. Just a mix of sweat and other juices down there. If it keeps bothering you see a Doctor. Hope this helps.
I think it is just some irritation and should go away in a few days.
