I have been dealing with anxiety /depression since the end of may, is it possible to have every day episode for tht long? Some days are better than others but still is it even possible to last this long?
Mine has been going on for a long time but every day for almost 4 months I deal with anxiety which often leads to panic attacks. I totally sympathise with you, it's so exhausting not being on a 'level' and never knowing what the next trigger will be.
I'm currently awaiting CBT but the waiting list in my area is very long. I'm considering a rehab/wellbeing impatient centre because it's so crippling. x

As far as what I have experienced, anxiety is like waves and roller coaster. I have been dealing with anxiety for 17 years. Some days you feel better and some days you feel anxious. What I have learned is to change your focus. Donβt focus on the sensations or discomfort as you will even feel worst . Try mindfulness and meditation. Are you on any medication for your anxiety ?
I was prescribed Lexapro but I don't take it , instead I use lavender and coconut oil. I also listen to mindfulness which seems to calm me .
If you insist not to use medication for help and stick to the natural remedy. I also use diffuser with lavender which helps too. I also use orange and peppermint and they are good too.
Once you took antidepressant you have to keep taking it for a while. Some people need to take th for life as there is some chemical imbalance in their brain (what I heard).
