I'm in my late-30s and I have had a straight penis for the longest time I can remember, but it seems to have gotten somewhat curved in recent years (picture attached). It is also similarly bent when erect, but I can't say it affects negatively sexual intercourse... at least not yet. Is this an early sign of peyronie diseases ?
It is really about the weird curvature and more importantly the fact it seems to worsen with time. Rightly or wrongly, I'm getting more and more self-conscious about it. Is this a cause for concern? Should I address this medically before it gets even worse ? . Doesn't it look somewhat weird? It was not shaped like that when I was in my 20s. Any feedback is welcome, medical or otherwise. Thank you

Hello,
The curvature of the penis is known in medical terms as “abnormal white membranes of the penis,” which means that one side has more white membranes, so pull the penis to the other side. For example, if the right side has more white membranes, the penis will bend to the left.
When a man’s penis is erect, there is a certain amount of curvature, and the direction of the curvature is not fixed, this phenomenon is also normal.
From the picture you uploaded, it is really fine for me and I do not see any point that you need medical treatment. i will not be worried if there is no any uncomfortable that you can feel.
Best,
Hugo
Thank you very much for your reply. It is reassuring. As mentioned in my original post… if it was to stay that way I guess it would be fine.. the concern is more how far more it will curve considering the phenomenon doesn’t seems static in time… but I will monitor it and I gather there is nothing preemptive to do about it. Thx again
