i have a cut of some sort above my clitoris and it's only really itchy because the cut or whatever it is seems irritated. what could it be? its hard not to scratch, so i usually just go to the bath and run water on it and it's fine until a couple hours later when it gets irritated again.
It is difficult to say based on this single photo, but you might have Lichen sclerosus. Do you have dry, light skin in your perineal area (between the bottom of your vulva and your anus)?
