Cut infected or does this look normal?

Does this look normal? ! My 10 year old son was running on an asphalt road, and then fell and scraped his knee. This has happened too many times to count. However, this time, the healing cut looks odd compared to similar cuts in the past. The knee was initially cleaned out by a nurse (neighbor) and he’s showered daily and then covered the cut with new bandages daily with polysporin. The cut doesn’t smell, the skin surrounding is not warm to the touch, and he said it doesn’t hurt. Does this look infected or is this normal looking?

I would suggest going to your local chemist and ask them to look at it, it does look a bit merky

Hmm. It doesn’t look normal but it doesn’t look infected either. Could it be forming a keloid??
