The photo is small, but you definitely have some sores. You should get it checked.
It is hard to see how it looks but cuts/tears can happen due to a couple of reasons. Yeast infections can cause these as well as hsv and rough sex. I would refrain from any sexual activity and see a doctor.
here is a more clear picture. is there a cream i can put on it to help it heal?? it doesn’t hurt until my boyfriend trys to go in then it stings.
It looks like a tear from sex I’m not sure if there is anything over the counter that would be safe. It seems like you will have to refrain from sexual contact until it is healed.
