This has been an issue for quite a few months now, I’ve got a lot of cuts and open wounds on my left foot, always dry and flakey skin. Tried foot creams and nothing seems to be healing it at all. Not had an injury in any way to cause this, it’s just developed as time has gone on. Extremely itchy and of course, irritation gets the better of me so I scratch away at it and that just creates another cut that opens up bigger.
