I have been facing cut marks on my penis during/ after intercourse, I would like to notify that, My wife if 5 months pregnant and whenever we do the intercourse, I can notice cut marks and these are painfull. they gets healed by them selves within 3 to 6 days.

It might need stitches or a steroid cream. Book in to see a doctor.
You should visit a doctor. looks like your skin get too stretched.
