I’ve gotten these cuts around my vagina on and off for about a year now and they like to show up around the end of my period. Any ideas as to what it could be? I’ve never had sex but I’m still weirdly scared it’s herpes.
Does it burn or feel raw? When did this start, you need to have it swabbed and cultured.
It doesn’t burn or even bother me unless I touch it. Do you really think it can still be herpes even if I’ve never done anything sexual related?
it could be yeast related. doesnt appear to be herpes imo. i used to get cuts like those in my vaginal area but i later found that certain meds can cause yeast infections &/or thinning of the skin hence making you more prone to these cuts.
Have you ever had oral sex or skin to skin contact down there? It could be yeast!
If you have not had sex, and no one has performed oral sex on you then chances are very slim of it being herpes.
Hormonal imbalances, chronic skin conditions and vitamin deficiencies can cause small tears. Best to get it checked out for the right treatment
