# Cisto/nódulo/pintura no pênis

I have had this lump on my penis for about 8 weeks. At first it was just a regular spot with white fluid coming out, however since it has hardened and dosent appear to go away. This has been in combination with swollen lymph nodes in my groin. i had sex with a condom that was too tight and had to stop and take it off at it was becoming painfull, since then the problem started, i am not sure if that is related. please could someone advise me as to what it could be?

it could be just simple resistant irritation.  
does it itch or burn?  
bur you have a swollen lymph node, then you should visit a doctor( urologist) asap.

So the white fluid is an infection - and yes, it could have been caused by using the condom,  
I deal with issues like this by using Liquid antiseptic - get some, follow the instructions on how to use it - should clear the infection in 3 to 5 days
