Cyst? On penis. Already visited doctor

in february, i woke up with a lump on my penis shaft. i went to my GP, and he said it was most likely a cyst. it went away within a month. 6 weeks ago, 2 popped up and i went to a urologist and he also said they are cysts. both of these were gone in about a month. for the past 2 and a half weeks THREE more popped up. do you guys think these are cysts?? ive been told twice they are but i just cant wrap my head around it .

25 years old sexually active. no pain or discomfort

Mike, if anyone should know what these are then a Urologist should know what they are talking about. There may not be a conclusive test for cysts which does not help. Have you any idea how these are coming about? Do you apply considerable pressure to your penis, or perhaps use a penile harness of some kind? Perhaps you regularly receive oral over an extended period of time, or can be quite forceful?
