Cytopenia?

Hi all, Ive had my paraprotein checked, it's on 3g/l, heamatologist advises only refer to them if it goes 6g/l or above, but did say - 'or develops Cytopenia.. I understand this is something to do with low blood cells, i have pernicious aneamia, how do I know if I develop Cytopenia? thank you..

you may have or need Vitiman K injections...

You will need a blood test and depending on the results a bone marrow biopsy.

Thank you, I do have regular blood tests, I don't think i'm aneamic at the moment but do have Pernicious Aneamia, keeping a check on it all though, docs useless!!
