Cytotec before coil implantatiom

Hey, I'm having the marena coil inserted at 11 o clock tomorrow and have been given 2 cytotec to be inserted prior to this!! On a previous conversation with my nurse she told me to insert them the night before and on the label on the medication it says take the morning of! Hoping someone may have some advice on this x thanks
