hey guys .All the medical information out there is a good resting heart rate . What is a good daily heart rate . No excercise , just walking around , going to work, light chores. no extreme work outs and not just laying around all day . I would like to gage this . I know what my doctor says but I need to know that mine is abnormally high or normal . So please for those that wear a smart watch , can you share your totals with me
Honestly I think this is a bad way to go about it. You should just go about your dailiy routine without worrying about your heart rate. You are just asking for more worry and anxiety. If someone tells you what their heart rate is or what is considered normal, and yours does not match that or yours jumps above it, you are going to worry, thats just asking for more problems. Everybody is different, everybodies heart pace is different when doing different things, basing your life around this is tough and pointless. Just go about your life and dont monitor your heart pace. If there is a problem, your heart will let you know about it. Unless you are a fitness nut or running a marathon, your heart rate during normal everyday activities should not be a concern, as it will add more stress to your already over stressed mind.
