Dangerous?

Hello,

I have recently been testing the Acid Cider Vinegar (ACV) method for getting rid of a couple of moles which worked. So I then thought I would try to do the same with this skin coloured fluid filled bump on my collarbone which resembled a mole. As with my moles I pressed down on the 'bump' with a q-tip soaked in ACV. After half an hour the fluid looked like it had moved around the area where the bump used to be hardening the surrounding skin. I panicked and though I would get rid of the fluid by poking the area with a sterilised needle and pushing out where the 'bump' used to be'. It then started to bleed and it now looks like a bloody mess which I am worried will now become cancerous or scar. I now realise how stupid I was and should have just let it be, but I'm not sure what I should do now. I have recently moved to Germany and am not sure how much it would cost me to see a dermatologist so I though I would seek reassurance here first.

Thank you for any advice you can provide me with.

Laura

See attached picture for the above explanation

I would leave it be for a while and see if it drys up on its own. Sometimes they can heal on their own.

The first place to go is to see a doctor for a diagnosis...it really needs checking out and he/she should be able to tell you about costs. I doubt if it will turn cancerous, but it may become infected. Better safe than sorry...

Hi Laura, you really ought to see a doctor, or at the very least, a pharmacist who might also be able to tell you of costs you might incur, don't you have some sort of insurance?  Like Lesley, my immediate concern would be infection.

Good luck
