Hey all, one of the latest symptoms I seem to have developed is a darkness either side of the bridge of my nose.
Apart from various other physical symptoms that seem to be plaguing me at the moment, this one seems the most unlikely to be anxiety related, and is kinda freaking me out.
Anyone else who suffers from anxiety get this?
P.S. I'm pretty sure I've been sleeping okay recently (taking melatonin) and getting at least 7-8+ hours in, so don't think it can be explained away by lack of sleep. I've also taken naps on days when I felt I needed to, and still the darkness seems to be gaining.
hi.. i am starting 112.5 of Venlafaxine and i have one dark and blue. on my left side of my nose right near my eye.. only that side. but i have noticed it more now and i don;t sleep like you. so when i don;t sleep at all i get it. i have anixety bad sometimes . i don;t know what it is but i know its darker when i get not enough sleep. i take melatonin too at night. i hope we can figure this out..
You mentioned starting, so you don't think it could be your meds/you haven't started taking them yet? Perhaps it is just another of those weird anxiety symptoms then! Mine seems to be both side, but maybe a little more noticeable in my right eye I think.
Mine seems to be getting worse, and the area was even tingling a little this morning.
I hope so too! Kind of annoying looking like I've been in a fight.
