I have a dark color ring on my penis right under the skin I am File size is too big not sure what it is and it scares me. I've done so much research online and i cant find out what it is.
Are you sure it is that because I can pull it. Its like this ring and when i squish it dose not hurt but i just want to know if its a early development of something bad.

yes its a like a black blue ish ring color
can u take a clearer photo of it with a bit more light so i can be sure
it could be something vein related if its blue/purple in color it also appear like a vein runs into it so that nay be the case
