Pictures attached.
I noticed these dark patches and they kinda itch and peel a little if itched too much, which could hurt so I did not itch too much. But the itching could also be due to hair regrowing after shaving. After shaving when hair come back, it itches a bit. I shave regularly with razor. WHAT IS THIS?! Looks like dry skin but why is it black? I wash with soap while taking bath everyday.
Additional information: Just got rid of severe balanitis due to a bacteria (enterococcus) but it doesn't look like its related to that, see my profile, I posted a discussion for that too but didn't get a reply.
PLEASE REPLY
Sorry you didn't get a reply to your earlier post, but that was a nasty case of balanitis. Will respond to that later.
I think what you have there may be jock itch, which is usually a fungal infection and may have been caused by the antibiotics you've taken recently. An antifungal cream would probably fix it, but since you've just had such a bad case of balanitis, I'd go back to the doctors to see what they say. If you do see a doctor, please let us know what they say. I'd stop shaving down there for now if I were you btw. Trimming normally causes fewer problems than shaving anyway.

Ok I will consider going to the doctor if it doesn't get better.
While I am an advocate of shaving, as ml66uk says, you need to get the issue you currently have sorted out before returning to shaving. If you do sports, or regularly go to the Gym, live in a hot climate where sweat can build up in the groin area on a regular basis, then wanting / needing to shave is quite understandable.
If you get reoccurring issues you may need to consider the amount of soaps, shower gels / wash and hair shampoo that ends up in your groin area. Drying yourself 100% down there is also a good habit to ensure that is happening.
With the shaving, I found the best razor to use is one I would no longer use on my face, so that it is slightly more blunt that a fresh razor. You may need to think of using - certainly not until after your skin issues on you scrotum is sorted - a skin moisturizer. The one that works best for me is an After Shave Balm (Nivea do a good one) that is particularly for sensitive skin .... but get those issues sorted first ..
