Dark spot on glans penis

I have that dark lesion on the urethral meatus, anyone can help me? Yesterday i first saw it. Today i saw that it s swollen too, but only a little bit, maybe. because i tried to clean that area way too much. please, help me... i freak out

The tip comes in contact with the clothing quite frequently. It could be due to friction.

If it worsens, consult a urologist. Otherwise just relax.
