I have very tight foreskin, phimosis. And I have just began my daily stretching path (now waiting on the kit from Phimocure). But there are other complications, urinating is very painful lately, during and after. The frequency hasn’t increased but I would describe it as a burning sensation.
I have given blood and urine and have been cleared of any STI, nothing particularly unhealthy about me, a 25yo male.
During one of my stretches I took a peek at the head of my penis (glans?) and noticed a dark spot with a fairly defined perimeter about 8mm away from my urethra. It would be about 6mm in diameter, and my guess is its causing the pain, its a little tender to touch.
I’ve read about penile melanoma and found most discolourations on the head of the penis are usually benign. Although I have not seen one image with a spot that looks like mine.
Any references or help would be really appreciated, I’ll be showing the doctor this pic and maybe a urologist if that gets me nowhere.
