dark spots on penis head

dear all, i have these dark patches on my penis head. can someone please tell me what is could be and what could cure it? i have had some anti-biotic treatment back in January 2018 and since then i have a scalloped white tongue. i dont know if these darker spots are candida related or not, since terrasil balanitis relief did not do anything for me. i've noticed a rougher texture on the penis head as well, kinda like very small little bumps. i do not have any pain or discomfort. anyone any experiece with this?

I'm just wondering about the 3rd picture (bottom left) there seems to be a white plaque present on the main shaft surface skin.  Is this an effect of the light, or is there actually white appearance to the surface skin?

The small little bumps, are there only a few of these, or are they fairly evenly spread across the main part of the head of your penis.

The dark patches you have: are you quite sure they were not previously there, or is it possible you just did not notice it before?

HI, i think they were there before but it never really bothered me up till now. the white on the shaft is just the light..  any idea on the bumps ? they were definitely not there before.. any thing wrong? why isn't my glans 1 color and smooth?

As far as the glans being a single complete colour there can be a simple explanation of pigmentation change over time.  Don't forget, we are all unique and as will skin elsewhere on the body pigmentation patches can arise and dissapear at any time.

What you additionally may have going on is a Dermatological reaction to either ointments or creams you have placed on your penis head recently, or simply a compound reaction to various things your penis head has been in contact with such as Lubes, skin lotion or creams, Baby oil - or anything really that is a chemical compound that the skin on the head of your penis has been in fairly regular contact with, this can either be relatively briefly, such as if you use condoms, or over an extended period of hours, such as you frequently use some form of moisturiser in this area of your penis.  I will now post comments I have frequently made to others on here with penile issue, the comments are not aimed at you, personally, but try implementing as many of the suggestions that I mention : -

>>>>>> The skin on the penis is more sensitive than any other part of the body, particularly the head of the penis.  During sex or self-pleasuring there is a whole lot of friction going on for this area of skin - in YOUR CASE if you use condoms, there is often a whole load of chemicals on the inside that certainly don't help if your skin is reacting to irritation!

Try this for a while (2 / 3 weeks) - prevent as far as possible, soap, or shower gel, hair shampoo etc., or skin cream / lotion or any form of lube (oil based particularly) from getting on your penis.  Always wash with water ONLY (never hot water) after urinating (in public toilets go in a cubicle and use toilet paper to ensure the head and surrounding area is 100% dry) when showering – if possible, make sure the skin of the penis is drawn forward to cover the head to protect the area from soap / shower gel, etc. getting on it.  At the end of the shower - make sure the entire penis is 100% dry afterwards.  You can also combine this with giving your penis an 'exercise holiday' - no masturbation or sexual activity, you may need to do this for as long as 5 or 6 weeks.

>>>>>  {Your penis could simply) be reacting to an irritant, usually some form of chemical - from anything from a specific soap, washing powder you use on your clothes, (and so on) or something related to your sexual practices: lube, lotions, gels, condoms etc. - or if you have a sexual partner, it could be a chemical substance they are using regularly, quite innocently, I must add!   <<<<<<<<

You say you had contact with a Medical Professional back in January for the Antibiotic and the Terrasil, perhaps a return to give them an update may be in order, or perhaps you can go along to a Specialist Sexual Health Service and have all of your concerns regarding your penis, and potential sexual health issues put-aside at the same time .....
