ive had an OBGYN look at this (they were the only one available) and they said it was nothing to worry about but I’m looking to get a second opinion.

First photo with 3 black circles- these look like small pigmented patches that can develop because the skin has been irritated or inflamed in the past.
Second photo with one circle- they look like two blackheads, possibly from a blocked skin gland.
