Can anyone help I have no idea what these are and they have been two for months.I went to doctor two times he says these are not important but I am feeling myself bad any help?
These are pretty normal, you get some discolouration with age. Dont freak yourself out too much

On the shaft it looks like a birth mark, on the glands I suspect it's part of the karatinisation of the skin that happens to many circumcised guys. But that could also be a birth mark.

Agree it can't be a birth mark if recent. Any itch or pain? I suspect it's a skin problem that causes all the small bumps on your glands. It could be Pearly Penile Papules (PPP), but they don't darken skin pigmentation.
Apart from basic washing hygiene and a couple of drops of iodine 2-3 times a day, I'm not sure what will get rid of them. If iodine is going to work, you'll see results within the week.
