Hi so last week sunday I had a small anal fissure that was bleeding fresh blood, and blood when i wiped. This seemed to tame down by Sat. Sat I had no blood in stool and no blood when i wiped that i could see. Today is tuesday and I just had quite a soft bowel movement and i saw these dark streaks on my stool. So sorry such TMI … anyway I looked and I saw this dark part on my stool - it almost looks like old blood coating it on parts —- a few pieces of stool looked like this. It looks like old blood maybe. I wiped and no blood on toilet paper. Does old blood stay up there awhile and come out looking like this. After its trying to heal?? I have a picture too. Trying not to be too concerned.
