I was called by the hospital today and was told they could have me in for July 8th... As we're leaving for Bali July 13th, this didn't seem feasible to me. So, because the OS seems to need his holiday as well, the date is now set for August 27th! Which fits better with the 3 months in between rule as well. Having said that, until we leave, I'm going laid back as possible, no unneeded stressing of that hip :-)

It is, it's pretty much what I was aiming for, so very happy with that. As for the flight, Malaaysian Airlines were great, they immediately put us in tall-people-leg spce seats after one mail! If I walk the plane regularly, there should be no problem.
We're there for little under three weeks, so indeed, no rushing about until then
