I have pain in the left side of chest, dry mouth, really bad headache and want to sleep but can’t

How long have you had these symptoms? Have you seen a doctor for tests and a firm diagnosis? The problems you have could be many things. If you have had this for just a few days, wait a week to see if you get better. If you don’t see your doctor.

Thank you for reply, I was in hospital on 22/23 dec but stil very ill, I couldn’t stay longer because I host students st my house and can’t leave but really just can’t move without sickness

Did the hospital suggest what your symptoms could be? What tests were done?

Blood and chest/stomach scan, suggestions were maybe some virus from India

Were you prescribed any medication?

I take omeprozole , citalapram, cocodamol and gabapentin

Your anti depressants can cause a dry mouth and headaches.  Perhaps come off them altogether or try a different medication.
