I started using HRT patches last night but am worried I have not used it correctly as it has unstuck after less than 24 hours and it is meant to last a week. Help!! Thanks

The same happened to me first time i used my patches. Just use another abd still change over on the same day.

What make of patch are you on? I'm on femseven sequi....make sure you dry skin really well with towel then hold patch in palm of your hand it's always best at the top of your hip where clothes don't rub....i use an alcohol wipe ( for injections) to clean the skin....let that dry then pop patch on and press firmly for about 5/10mins at least....if it still comes off do the same again and use very thin strips of op site tape round the very edges 😊
