hey everyone so long story short my gallbladder was functioning at 10% ef and at the start of august 27 i had awful and I MEAN AWFUL dry heaving (no vomit) just intense retching and nausea along with a fullness feeling and burping. This lasted for a long time and dropped 30-35 lbs until now. NO pain at all!
Had surgery October 26, im post op 18 days and really getting discouraged. The nausea is slowly going away as well as the retching. But I am still burping so much and also having this weird fullness feeling with water. Is this normal? Surgeon never mentioned my gallbladder pathology as I have yet to see him. Blood work came back normal my alt was slightly elevated in the 100’s. TECH at hospital said my liver had slight fatty non alcoholic. Neutrophils were slightly elevated and lymphocytes were slightly lowered. had breath test for h pylori that came back negative wasnt on any antibiotics or ppis. Endoscopy in 2018 only showed mild chronic gastritis again no h pylori…
I am really struggling with this annoyance of burping and feeling full with water. Am able to eat feeling fine but for some reason liquids make me feel full and burping so much. Already on a digestive enzyme.
