just a little update, it may help someone in their journey.
the shakes seem to be gone mostly, the bad headaches are not everyday, and the tummy pains havnt been seen for a good few days, i notice she is smiling more, and engaging in chatting more, as oppose to just answering when i talk, she has got up willingly for work, so all seems to be positive,
DR check up yesterday, he was quite pleased with the progress, told her to remove herself from any arguments, or stressful situations, not to do anything that will make her anxiety worsen. for some reason she hates busy places now, which with christmas soon, thats a little difficult. but she is trying.
she is another one that feels secure in night time, big teddy bear blanket, cuddled up, pj's on, so when she gets in from work at 6pm, its off to get changed and snuggle, i also think thats to do with the dark cold/damp/wet/windy/freezing weather.
she has come such a long way since day 1, and days 1 to 9 were terrible with side effects, but from day 9 she has made progress, and the side effects have slowly stopped being such a disability.
she and i know its a long journey, a bumpy and emotional journey, but one that we are taking together, and its a bit like being in a tunnel, with glimpses of the sunshine, until one day she comes out the other side into the lovely bright daylight, with the flowers dancing, and the birds singing.
to all who read this, i hope your smiling today, if not, grab a blanket, get snuggling, and dont let it bother you that you need "me" time. xx
