So I'm on day 28 of starting Zoloft & I'm feeling worse than before I started the meds. I'm sleeping okay but having horrible vivid dreams. Iv had a few good days but now if I don't feel anxious I feel depressed & Iv zero enthusiasm for anything 😞 I'm unsure wether to persevere or up my dose. Any help would be much appreciated xx
Hello kirsty, it's really horrible having any kind of condition isn't it. How much dosage are you on ? I would stick with it for a couple more weeks , then if you still feel the same speak to your GP about upping the dosage.
Hey Richard. Thanks for your response. I'm on 50mg. Iv had a few good brief moments but they have been fleeting. I feel worse than ever. I will ride it out I just need some sort of sign that they are working or will work as of right now they have just made me worse
I know the feeling, for me it took about 3 months before I noticed them working. But I'm sure others will tell you that 50mg is a relative low dose. And just like you , the good times are always sandwiched between down spells, which with the right dosage will eliminate the down spells. Best of luck to you.
