So far so good guys this is my first anti depressant/aniexty drug and I seem a lot more chilled out and happy in myself. But this is the loading phrase and some days I have felt like a zombie. If you want my advice do not have any high in caffeine products with this drug as they don't mix we'll together.
Any side effects ??

You are absolutely right. You'll be able to go back to coffee and the like once you've been on the cit for awhile. Take it easy.

I agree, give it time before you start to introduce caffene back into your system. This definitely wont help the sleepless nights if you suffer from them
